1) Ensure that you hear the closing sound of the printer cover to verify that it is completely closed.
2) Ensure that the paper is correctly loaded. (Please ensure that the paper is loaded with the side to be printed facing upwards.)
3) Please ensure that the cable between the PC and the printer is securely connected and check if the screws on the interface cable are tightened properly.
4) Run the Windows Driver and click "Print Test Page" for output.
5) If the issue persists after the above steps, check the printer settings in the program.
6) If the problem persists even after performing the printer self-test (turn off the power, then turn it on while pressing the Feed button), please contact our A/S (Warranty) team as it may be a printer malfunction.

1) First, check if the SMPS (adapter) is properly connected to the power connector on the bottom rear of the printer.
2) Ensure that the contact between the SMPS (adapter) and the AC power cord is secure.
3) Check if the lamp on the SMPS is lit. (If not lit, the SMPS may be fault)
4) If the printer still does not power on after checking the above three points, send the printer and SMPS together to our A/S (Warranty) team for inspection.
